Position responsibilities

1.    To assist superior to organize and formulate the standards of on-site operation and service, make spot-check of comprehensive indicator completion of various project periodically as the plan (including service quality, system execution, hidden safety prevention etc.) , report the occurred problems, improve and modify, and ensure long-term stability of service quality;

2.    To arrange and compile case analysis of collected materials, make monthly report and formulate effective improvement measures;

3.    To assist superiors to formulate relevant quality monitoring regulations as the request of business procedure and quality requirements;

4.    To investigate customer satisfaction;

5.    Other work arranged by superiors.

Position requirements

1.    28-50 years, college or above;

2.    Familiar with work procedure like cleaning, security protection, engineering, customer service etc., over 1 year of relevant property management experience;

3.    Responsibilities, stronger insight, analysis and strain capacity;

4.    Good character writing, oral and communication capabilities

5.    Familiar with office software, stronger interpersonal communication ability and team cooperation spirit.

Work time

8:30-17:00, 1.5 days per week

Compensation and welfare

Position salary +performance salary + meal allowance+ traffic allowance+ communications allowance + annual bonus, five social insurances and one housing fund, annual vacation, holidays and festivals welfare
