Position responsibilities

1.    To take charge of normal project operation within jurisdiction area;

2.    To know requirements and analysis of various customers, grasp potential service content, complete work target of various projects according to general planning and development requirements of the company;

3.    To take charge of supervision and management of jurisdiction area, and coordination, treatment, and feedback and remedy measure of supervision function when important outburst or emergency events in the operation process;

4.    To take charge of supervision and guidance of staff management and basic level training activities of administered project.


Position requirements

1.     30-50 years old, good health, college diploma or above;

2.     Over 5 years of engagement in property management, and over 3 years of comprehensive management experience like security management, cleaning, engineering and logistics etc, as well as medium and high-level management experience of service industry;

3.     Familiar with practical operation, laws and regulations of property management, prior consideration of possessing qualification certificate of Property Manager ;

4.     Stronger capabilities of planning, organization, leadership, coordination, communication and control;

5.     Good professional morality, strong language expression and word treatment capability, familiar with computer office automation.


Work time

Comprehensive working system, 1 rest day per week
